Customer Service

We welcome consumer input and suggestions. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your treatment, the customer service staff at your local community mental health agency or at your substance abuse provider will help you file a complaint. You will receive written feedback within 60 days of filing the complaint.

NorthCare has a customer services committee. The Customer Service staff along with consumers and families from across the region work together to improve the care provided.
